Shipping methods

  • US: FedEx Two Day. Adult Signature Required.
  • International $500 and over: FedEx International Priority.
  • International under $500: FedEx Economy.
  • We insure every order to the declared value.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Address, signature, and security

  • We ship only to the verified address on your order unless we approve a change in writing before it ships.
  • Adult signature is required. Carriers may not leave packages unattended.
  • For security, we do not reroute packages after shipment. If you need to change the address, contact us before it ships.

Hold at carrier location (pickup)

  • We can ship Hold at FedEx Location on request.
  • Bring a government-issued photo ID that matches the order name.
  • Most locations hold packages for 5 business days.

Packaging

  • The outer box is plain with no jewelry words.
  • Inside, you receive Ultimate Diamond presentation packaging.
  • Engagement rings include a ring box, a statement of value, and a grading report when applicable.
  • Loose diamonds ship in a protective stone case.
  • On request, we can leave prices off the packing slip for gifts.

Tracking and delivery attempts

  • We email tracking after shipment.
  • If the carrier cannot get a signature after three attempts, they may hold the package for pickup or return it to us.

Title, risk of loss, and inspection

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier shows a delivery scan or when you pick up the package.
  • Please open and inspect your order right away. Report any issue within 48 hours to [email protected].

International shipments

  • The recipient pays duties, VAT, and import taxes.
  • If a package is refused or unclaimed, we will deduct round-trip shipping, carrier return fees, and any unrecoverable duties or taxes from any refund, subject to this policy and our returns policy.

Pick-Up in store

  • You can pick up your order within 90 days of the order date.
  • Bring your invoice or a photo ID that matches the purchaser.

Items not picked up within 90 days are non-refundable and deposits are forfeited. We may manage unclaimed items after that date.

Condition

  • Items must be original and unworn with all packaging and documents.
  • Worn items are not eligible for return.

In-stock jewelry

  • 30-day returns or exchanges in original, unworn condition with all packaging.
  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Personalized or engraved items are final sale.

Made-to-order (our standard designs)

  • 30-day return or exchange in original, unworn condition.
  • Refunds on made-to-order items have a 25% restocking fee.
  • We may waive the fee for exchange or store credit at our discretion.
  • Final sale: eternity bands made to size and special-order center stones.

Custom or altered pieces

  • Final sale: fully custom designs, bespoke stone orders, and items resized or engraved before shipment.

Certificates and packaging

  • Return all original materials, including grading reports and appraisals if included.
  • Replacement fees may apply for missing documents.

How returns work

  1. Email us for an RMA and an insured prepaid label.
  2. Pack securely with all materials. Unauthorized or poorly packed returns may be refused for security.
  3. We inspect the item on receipt. Refunds process in 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law.
