Specifications we stand by

  • Center stone: Carat weight, color, clarity, and cut are stated as target minimums. The finished diamond will be within 0.05 ct of the listed carat weight and within one color and one clarity grade of the stated specifications on standard grading scales, while maintaining the same overall look as the sample shown.
  • Carat weight (totals & decimals): single-stone carat weights and total carat weights are approximate. Finished pieces fall within the carat-weight ranges shown on the product page. Small variations from hand setting, casting, and ring size are normal and do not affect beauty or durability (example: 0.50 ct is about 0.495–0.504 ct).
  • Fractional totals: meet or exceed the stated fraction and fall within the range shown on the product page.
  • Melee: Accent stones are matched for color, clarity, and make within one grade of the listed range so the piece reads as visually uniform.
  • Origin disclosure: We clearly state whether diamonds are natural or lab-grown and do not cross-substitute.


If a listed spec is unavailable

If an exact specification is not available, we will propose an equal or better alternative in cut, color, clarity, or carat weight within the tolerances above. For meaningful changes, we will confirm with you before proceeding.


Documents

When applicable, center stones include grading from a recognized independent laboratory (for example, GIA, IGI, or equivalent). Report numbers and any laser inscriptions are recorded on your order.


On delivery

Please inspect your piece upon receipt. If anything appears inconsistent with the specifications we’ve outlined, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right.


Carat weight guarantee

  • Single-stone decimals: weight matches the last decimal or higher within standard tolerances.
  • Fractional totals: meet or exceed the fraction and fall within the published range.
  • Small differences from hand setting and ring size are normal and do not affect beauty or durability.




DIAMOND PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

What we match

  • An identical diamond from a reputable seller with the same shape, carat, color, clarity, cut grade, polish, symmetry, fluorescence, grading lab, and report number.
  • Measurements must match within normal lab tolerance and the inscription must match.
  • The diamond must be in stock and publicly available for immediate purchase on a U.S. site or in an official written quote.



Timing

  • Requests are accepted before purchase and within 14 days after purchase.



Not eligible

  • Auctions, marketplaces, private sellers, pre-owned, misprints, “call for price,” coupons, bundles, membership pricing, financing incentives, limited-quantity promotions, non-comparable make or certification, and cross-matching natural vs. lab-grown.



How to request

  • Email the link or formal quote. If eligible, we match the price on the identical diamond or offer an equivalent option.
  • We may decline matches we cannot verify or that are not comparable.
